This Return and Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products and services provided by Cyclespot ("we," "our," or "us"). Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it affects your rights and obligations.
Due to the custom nature of our furniture, all custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a material defect in workmanship or materials that is covered under our warranty. Custom furniture is created specifically to your specifications, measurements, and design preferences, making returns impractical.
If you discover a material defect covered by our warranty, please contact us immediately. We will inspect the item and, if the defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you must return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
For custom-made items, exchanges are not available due to their personalized nature. Any modifications to custom orders may be subject to additional fees and must be discussed before production begins.
For restoration and repair services:
Assembly services are non-refundable once the service has been completed. If you are not satisfied with the assembly, please contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will inspect the work and, if the issue is due to our error, we will correct it at no additional cost.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Items damaged due to improper handling, assembly, or use after delivery are not covered under this policy and may be subject to repair charges.

Warranty claims are separate from returns and are covered under our warranty policy. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact us with details of the issue. Warranty repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
Items purchased during sales or promotional events are subject to the same return policy as regular-priced items, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact us with the order number. We will process the return and issue a store credit or refund to the original purchaser, depending on the circumstances.
